Face It Friday: Online Data Dashboard

Face It® Friday: Data Dashboard

The Face It® Movement has launched a data dashboard featuring a variety of data points related to child abuse and neglect in Jefferson County. The dashboard will serve as a tool for Face It partners and community leaders in Jefferson County to understand the data, track trends overtime, and influence work in the community. Click here to view the new Data Dashboard!

Jefferson County data featured on the dashboard includes:

  • The number of child abuse or neglect reports made to Child Protective Services and percentage that met acceptance criteria to be investigated further.
  • The number of children who were found to have experienced abuse or neglect and related data trends.
  • Data trends for out-of-home care and incidences of re-abuse after abuse or neglect occurs and was substantiated.
  • The number of child fatalities and near-fatalities due to abuse or neglect.

Face It created this dashboard with data provided by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, with the goal of eventually creating a dashboard featuring statewide data.
