Please join us for the Annual CONVENE- CONNECT -CELEBRATE! event on Wednesday, April 18th, from 830-1130 AM at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital, Community Assembly Room.
This year we will be focusing on families with children and adolescents impacted by physical, developmental or emotional disabilities.
You have been identified as a key person in strengthening families in our community. Please RSVP as space is limited. If you cannot attend, please try to send a representative.
This event is Free and a light breakfast will be served.
