Senate and House Bills pass, move to full house for vote

Bills to ensure that school personnel are better educated to recognize child abuse are moving forward in both Chambers.

SB 119 passed the full Senate on Monday, February 23rd and HB 301 passed the Education Committee February 24th and will move to the full House for a vote.

Thank you to the elected officials who voted to support these bills, and thank you to all those who called their legislators. As HB 301 moves to the House floor, please contact your State Representative and ask them to vote yes. Here are a few ways to act via Kentucky Youth Advocates.
