What an outstanding training that has helped give me language for how to speak to my students\, help them to work out issues and to heal”. \n                                                                                Salema Jenkins\, St. Francis School \nOur Prejudice Reduction workshop is part of an award-winning process designed by the National Coalition Building Institute (www.ncbi.org) and has been an integral part of Peace Ed’s conflict resolution training for 30 years. This powerful interactive program builds on what people have in common\, while also honoring their positive cultural differences. \nThe workshop explores: \nValuing and welcoming similarities and differences among group members \nExamining the misinformation that impacts our behavior toward others \nIdentifying the harmful effects of oppression on one’s own group \nPreventing and interrupting bigoted remarks and behaviors \nLearning how to be an ally to all groups \n\nThe fee for this workshop is only $75 per person or $100 for a team of two.\nLunch is provided on Tuesday.  \nYou can register online by clicking here.
