DESCRIPTION: Jefferson County Fall Festival  \npresented by Ohio Valley Early Childcare Head Start/Early Head Start \nTopics include Conscious Connections\, Parental Resilience\, and Face It Kentucky’s Ten 4 Bruising Campaign.  \nYou and your family will get to enjoy a meal\, pick a pumpkin together\, and visit our community booths. \n5:00 pm – arrival and welcome\n5:30-6:00 pm  – presentation by OVEC Behavior Intervention\nSpecialist: Connections (Conscious Discipline) and\nParental Resilience (THRIVE)\n6:00-7:00 pm – families will be able to rotate around to visit several booths which will include OVEC community partners. One booth will be designated to share information about 10-4 and pass out THRIVE materials.\nA table will be set up with to make-and-take materials that relate specifically to the Conscious Discipline/THRIVE presentation (I Love You Rituals Bear) Families will also have the opportunity to participate in a pumpkin picking experience as part of the Fall Festival theme. Dinner will be provided for all attendees.
