We also wish to invite new mothers in to join and see what our group offers. Two massage therapists will be available. Each mother will receive a 15 minute massage and an essential oil blend to practice a breathing and meditation technique for de-escalating negative emotions. \nTip It Forward\, The Ace Project\, and Elgina Smith\, professional grief coach\, have teamed up to provide a 6 month Healing from Grief Group with holistic healing techniques. This is a safe space offering tools to aid those impacted by gun violence and past traumas. Group will gather twice a month\, and alternate between in person and virtual sessions.
