Our focus will be on building communication skills\, empowered changemaking through storytelling\, making creative videos\, and best practices for a social media lifestyle. It will be designed and presented by other young people and is 100% hands-on. Session topics will include: \n\nSocial Media Success Stories\nGoing Viral – Building Followings\nCreating Messages With Meaning\nSharing YOUR story—why what you say matters\nCreating Graphics That Pop\nResponding to Online Harassment and Trolling\nLessons from local and national advocates\n\nParticipants must be ready and willing to interact in small groups.
