2017 Rally to End Child Abuse

March 29, 2017 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Family & Children’s Place invites business and community leaders, human service organizations, faith leaders and others to join Kentucky First Lady Glenna Bevin, Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services Deputy Secretary Judge Tim Feeley, agency leaders and staff, and other child service providers at the 2017 Rally to End Child Abuse.

The rally, at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 29, takes place on the lawn of the Big Four Bridge in downtown Louisville.

“We believe that children – all children – have a right to safe childhood, free of violence, so April, Child Abuse Prevention Month, is an important time to start a conversation in our community about how we can keep our children safe,” said Pam Darnall, president and CEO of Family & Children’s Place.
