Bounce Grand Rounds

People impacted by trauma are often caught in webs of complexity that challenge the very systems designed to help them. Yet organizations often work in siloes, even as the people they serve have needs requiring coordinated support. Bounce Grand Rounds is a structured forum designed to foster cross-sector collaboration and trauma-informed systems.
Join our partners at Bounce for this learning opportunity as two “blinded” cases involving youth – one male and one female – are presented by experienced juvenile justice staff. A round-table format will engage participants to brainstorm where – as individuals, systems, and society – we could have intervened to change the trajectory of these two justice-involved young people. The discussion is designed to build your individual and organizational knowledge and skills while generating practical, system-level solutions.
