Face It Lunch & Learn: Organizational Check up on Youth Protection Policies

Managing risk in youth serving organizations is an important strategy to increase the chances youth will be protected from abuse, harm, and/or physical or mental injuries/trauma. During this presentation we will discuss the importance of organizations having clear and intentional policies and procedures that help individuals understand expectations for youth and adult interactions. We will take a close examination into child/youth protection policies, procedures, and best practices that are either in place, outdated, or absent within your agency.
