Life Adventure Center – Wellness for Parents

We know parenting it tough! Take this hour and take care of you. We’ll briefly review the stress response cycle, overall wellness and then spend 30 minutes practicing techniques to calm our nervous system with the goal of each caregiver leaving the hour with some additional tools and techniques. Bring a friend and grow your self-care practice in a supportive, encouraging setting.
