Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky: Data and Messaging Training
March 22 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
The way we say things and how we say them matters, especially when using data. You’ve heard it said, “Kentucky ranks #1 in maltreatment,” but what does that really mean? As part of the upcoming launch of Lean On Me Kentucky, we are urging everyone to unite in evidence-informed messaging grounded in social norms science. Let’s unite in how we message prevention and data to others, including the media! Our collective voices are powerful, and we can use data to help propel our prevention message.
This training will provide a sneak peek of the upcoming Lean On Me Kentucky campaign, highlighting the importance of supporting families in our work to prevent maltreatment from ever occurring.
