Blue Sunday is the day when churches take time in their service to pray for the victims of child abuse and for those who rescue them.
Healthy Kids Day is a national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. The Healthy Kids Day will again be a Kentucky Derby Festival Event, sponsored by Humana. The event will take place on Sunday, April 29th from 1 – 4 p.m. on the North Great Lawn at Waterfront Park. Last year there were about 1000 kids in attendance!
